This is Makar, from The Legend of Zelda. If you don't know about him, he is a cute little character that Link has to save in order to continue on his quest. The particular scene that Makar is in, is where I would have imagined him in when he got lost in the Forbidden Woods. (Awwe he looks scared!)
He is one of my fave characters, and I wish that he was in more games. (not that that could be "story-logically" possible)
